Pro-Sight Property inspector members perform a detailed, non-invasive visual inspection designed to identify material defects in structures, household components, and systems as they exist at the time of the inspection. We provide a 30 plus page report with digital photos, which can be posted online for easy retrieval. Eastern WA Home Inspections, LLC is the first Pro-Sight inspection affiliate in the state of Washington. We serve the greater Moses Lake area to Spokane, including all the small towns in between. I am Dennis Chamberlain, and the owner, as well as head inspector, Cody my oldest son will soon be joining EWAHI (Eastern WA Home Inspections, LLC) so we can team up to better serve are clients. We are unique in that as a father son team our clients get two inspectors for the price of one! That is two sets of trained eyes looking for the issues that our clients need to know about as they perform their due diligence.
We have both attended Bellingham Technical Colleges Home inspection training, an in depth course on all aspects of home inspection. While there we had one hundred and twenty hours of class training plus a week of hands on inspections. This training makes us some of the first inspectors to meet the new and extensive State requirements for home inspectors. I have received additional training from Pro-Sight in Denver Colorado that focused on client relations and our top rated report. We also have ten years plus experience in the real-estate industry buying and renovating distressed homes for use as rentals. These renovations focused on safety issues and how they will relate to our tenants, and we strived to put out a quality product in the event the property was sold. Many of these renovations were extensive giving us hands on practical experience with house components, and the real-estate transactions give us knowledge of the stresses a buyer or seller may experience during the process. We strive to give our clients the information they need to help make the process a little less worrisome.
At Eastern WA Home Inspections, LLC we have access to fellow Pro-Sight inspectors along with their additional experience from across the country. Inspectors should not live in a vacuum; all inspectors need to continue training and to share experiences with other inspectors in order to stay on top of the ever-changing real estate and home inspector industry. With our Pro-Sight Member affiliation we have the means to do this and serve our clients to the highest standard possible.
